If you have been in an accident involving or had personal property damaged on a Port Authority vehicle, please call Claims between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A claims adjuster will guide you through the claims process. During non-business hours, please leave a message with your name, daytime telephone number and a brief description of your claim. An adjuster will return your telephone call.
